Lucky is Lucky (again)

Bailey was gone when Lucky found his new home, so this is her seeing him for the first time since we had to rehome him. Brittyn, Lucky, Joe and Remington

It was a sad day for these two when we had to give him up-they loved to play together

We unfortunately had to find a new home for Lucky a few weeks ago. Mo and Lucky got into their biggest dog fight yet (3rd time in 3 years) and we had to make a choice this time because I cannot do another dog fight out of the blue and the kids shouldn't have to see that either. Since Lucky is getting older and starts the fights, we decided (after a very though out decision) that he needed to be the one to go. We were able to find him another home quickly and he has even been back to Pocatello to visit, so they let us know and we get to go see him. He seems to be adjusting really well and looks good and healthy so it was easier knowing that we made a good decision-that doesn't mean that we don't miss him, but life is a little less stressful knowing that we don't always have to be on guard when the dogs were together.
