In the middle of September, the kids and I went to see my sister in Cedar City and see the Hot Air Balloon Festival. We got to see how they inflate the balloons and watch them all take off. The kids were so excited to see it and even wanted to go for a ride, but we'll leave that for another day (or when they can go with their dad since I hate heights).
