Canning season has begun at our house...Monday I made 27 pints of Strawberry jam in just over 3 hours. Next week for FHE, the kids and I are going to plant our starts and get the cold weather plants ready to go in the garden. I am so excited, since I had such a fussy baby last summer, I didn't really have as much energy as I have in the past, so this year I am ready to go full force!

Ok, now I REALLY have to can this year. I have been wanting to do it for awhile, but have never figured it out. Your jam looks great!
